Our Biblical Foundation
At the heart of Lead Forward is a conviction that wise leadership begins with wise counsel. Scripture teaches that “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed” (Proverbs 15:22). We believe that no pastor is meant to lead alone. Every leader needs trusted voices who help them see more clearly and lead more faithfully.
Our work is built on the biblical pattern of shared wisdom and equipping. As Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, “In an abundance of counselors there is safety.”
Through coaching, collaboration, and practical tools, we help pastors create structures that reflect that same safety and alignment in their churches.
We also hold to Paul’s vision in Ephesians 4:11–13: that pastors and teachers are called “to equip God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”
Leadership development, then, isn’t optional; it’s obedience to the calling of Christ to build up His church in unity and maturity.
Our goal is simple: to walk alongside leaders so they can move forward with clarity, courage, and faith, building ministries that are both sustainable and Spirit-led.
Who we are
At Lead Forward, we believe every pastor deserves the tools, structure, and support to lead with confidence in a rapidly changing world. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and innovation, our team has helped organizations from global ministries to growing businesses find clarity, build strong systems, and move forward with purpose.
We started Lead Forward because we’ve seen what happens when pastors carry too much on their own. The demands of ministry are complex, and the call to lead well never stops. Our mission is to come alongside pastors in that space, helping them bring order to the chaos, strengthen their teams, and rediscover the joy of leading from a healthy, sustainable place.
Through our Lead Forward Course, group coaching, and one-on-one consulting, we help church leaders develop the clarity, rhythm, and structure needed to thrive. Whether through self-paced learning, live monthly coaching, or custom consulting engagements, our goal is the same: to equip pastors to lead with renewed energy, confidence, and grace.
